Orders & acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we email you to confirm dispatch. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for stock or pricing errors.
Prices & payment
All prices are shown in GBP and are the final amount payable. Bikesentry Ltd is not currently VAT-registered, so no VAT is added at checkout. Payment is collected via Cash on Delivery (COD) by the courier on hand-over.

Warranty
Products are covered by the original manufacturer warranty. We will assist with all warranty claims on your behalf.
Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under English law. Subject to the foregoing, our total liability for any order is limited to the value of that order.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
