Accepted method — Cash on Delivery (COD)
To keep things simple and risk-free for our customers, Bikesentry currently accepts Cash on Delivery (COD) as its only payment method. You do not enter any card details when placing your order.
How it works
- Place your order on bikesentry.store — no payment is taken at this stage.
- Our team confirms your order by phone or email within 24 hours.
- Your e-bike is dispatched from our UK fulfilment partner (1–3 business days handling, 2–5 business days transit).
- Pay the courier in cash, in GBP (£), when your order is delivered. Please have the exact amount ready where possible.
Currency
All orders are priced and settled in GBP (£). We do not accept foreign currency on delivery.
Order verification
Because COD orders are unpaid until delivery, we may call or email to verify your address and contact details before dispatch. Orders that cannot be verified within 5 business days may be cancelled.
Refused or undelivered orders
If a COD order is refused at the door or the courier cannot complete delivery after reasonable attempts, the order is returned to our warehouse and cancelled at no charge to you. Repeated refused deliveries from the same address may result in future orders requiring confirmation before dispatch.
Returns and refunds
Our 14-day return policy applies in full to COD orders. See our Refund Policy for how cash refunds are processed via bank transfer.
