Pricing & currency
All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and are the final amount you pay. Bikesentry Ltd is not currently VAT-registered (below the UK registration threshold), so no VAT is added at checkout and VAT invoices are not issued.
Payment method
Bikesentry currently accepts Cash on Delivery (COD) only. You pay the courier in GBP cash when your order is delivered. We do not collect or store card details.
When you are charged
No money is taken when you place the order. Payment is collected by the delivery courier on hand-over of the parcel. If the order is cancelled before dispatch, nothing is owed.
Receipts
An itemised order confirmation is emailed when you place the order, and the courier provides a signed delivery receipt at hand-over. For a duplicate copy email contact@bikesentry.store.
Disputes & chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us before raising a chargeback — most issues can be resolved within one business day.
