How long does UK delivery take?+
Free tracked UK delivery arrives in 3–8 business days (1–3 days handling, 2–5 days transit).
Do you ship outside the UK?+
At this time we only ship within the United Kingdom.
Can I return my e-bike?+
Yes. You may return any new, unused e-bike in original packaging within 14 days of delivery. There is no restocking fee. Refunds are issued within 30 days of us receiving the return.
How does the warranty work?+
Every e-bike includes the full manufacturer warranty. To start a warranty claim, email contact@bikesentry.store with your order number.
Which payment methods do you accept?+
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only. Pay the courier in cash (GBP) when your e-bike is delivered to your UK address — no card details are taken online.
Is my data safe?+
Yes. We never store full card numbers on our servers and we comply with UK GDPR. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Can I track my order?+
Yes. We email a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched. You can also use our Order Tracking page.
Do you offer assembly?+
Bikes ship 90% assembled. Final steps (handlebars, pedals, seat) take about 15 minutes with the included tools.
