Refund & Returns Policy

This policy applies to all purchases made from Bikesentry Ltd.

Return window

You may return any eligible item within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, email contact@bikesentry.store with your order number.

Condition

New, unused and in original packaging. Items that show signs of use, missing parts, or damage caused by the customer are not eligible for a full refund.

Restocking fee

None. We do not charge restocking fees on eligible returns.

Return shipping & address

For eligible returns we provide a tracked return label at no cost. If you arrange your own carrier, ship returns to:

Please include your order number inside the parcel so we can identify your return.

Refund processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within Up to 30 days after we receive your return. Refunds are issued in GBP.

Non-returnable items

  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged through misuse
  • Items returned outside the 14-day window

Faulty items

If your item develops a fault, please contact us. We will arrange a free repair, replacement or refund in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Statutory rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a UK consumer.
