This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with Bikesentry Ltd (trading as Bikesentry) for delivery within the United Kingdom.
Destinations
We currently ship only within the United Kingdom. Orders to other destinations cannot be processed.
Shipping costs
Shipping is free of charge on every order. No minimum order value, no postcode surcharges.
Processing & delivery times
- Order handling: 1–3 business days
- Transit time: 2–5 business days
- Total estimated delivery: 3–8 business days
Estimates are based on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email when your order is dispatched, together with a tracking link.
Order tracking
All orders are shipped tracked. You can follow your parcel from our Order Tracking page or directly through the courier link in your dispatch email.
Failed deliveries
If the courier is unable to deliver, they will normally leave a card with instructions for re-delivery or collection. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment.
Damage in transit
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and contents and contact us at contact@bikesentry.store within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
